The Ohio Catholic School Accrediting Association (OCSAA) shall be governed by the OCSAA Commission. The Commission shall be comprised of the Superintendents of Schools of the Ohio dioceses.
The Commission shall appoint a chairperson annually.
A Director shall be employed by the Catholic Conference of Ohio upon the recommendation of the OCSAA Commission.
